Redcard allows you to red card a user which shows a red card on their pawn. If the user speaks they will get banned for 6 times the amount of the time remaining of which you originally recarded them for.
For example, if you redcard a user for an hour and they send a message in main chat after 5 only minutes are up, they will get banned for 5.92 hours. If they wait until the hour is up, they will not get banned for sending a message in main chat.
Messages in private chat/private message do not affect redcard.
When you have the power you will get a new option named “Redcard” listed under “Ban”.
This power does not allow you to red card equal or higher ranks.
The amount of times the user is banned and the default rank that is allowed to redcard can be changed in gcontrol.
The default amount of times a user is banned is set at 6 and can be changed from 0.1 to 10.
The default minimum rank allowed to redcard is tempmod.
