My personal thoughts on the power:

The large smilies should be smaller. I’m not sure if that would solve the lag that comes from it, but it would certainly make it less problematic as it relates to hindrances with banning / reading messages.

I’m almost certain that the increase in size will create lag unless the size difference is insignificant, so it would have probably been best that this power only allowed the reduction in size of smilies but not increase.

It’s already possible to lag users with existing smilies, so this only makes it worse.
