To PC somebody while away, you’ll need two browser windows. One will be on the chat you want to appear “away” on. First, private chat the user you want to talk to, and then type /away. On a SECOND chat, go to Friends list, and find that same user and private chat them from there. It will be received on the FIRST chat, which is where you are away, but will not remove the clock on your pawn.
