Function: It allows you to “dunce” a user. You can only dunce them forever, it does not allow other times. It adds a dunce cap to their pawn as shown below:
To use, click on a user’s name, click ban, and click dunce.
You can also dunce anyone in equal rank to you, as long as you meet the minimum rank for use which is moderator.
It also gives two smilies, (dunce), (doh) and (doh2).
