When you load an image, it is normally saved in cache so that if you open the image again, your browser will not have to load it.
If you use tinypic to upload your PCback image, your image will be loaded every single time even if you have loaded the image before.
The difference is significant:

Notice here that the load time is between 273 and 382 milliseconds. The load time for this will vary for everyone as it depends on your internet connection and how close you are to tinypic’s server, but loading from cache will always be faster than loading the image normally.
