This power allows you to limit a user to talking only once every 30 seconds. After they send a message in main chat, they will be gagged for 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds are over they can send another message, but they will get gagged again.

How to use:
To naughty a user, click on “Ban” and select “Naughty”

By default, moderators can use naughtystep. If you have gcontrol power assigned to your chat, you can change the minimum rank that can use naughtystep.
If a moderator or owner is naughtystepped, they cannot kick/ban/dunce/badge etc. (it acts like sinbin power)
